Shipping

Shipping is FREE FREE FREE (U.S. ONLY). Please be assured that your items will ship out within 1-2  business days of purchase. Note that holidays and weekends are NOT included in processing or shipping times.  U.S. Postal Service (USPS) is our preferred shipping carrier.  Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Most packages are shipped USPS First Class (2-3 business days) or Parcel Select (2-10 business days).  Occasionally we ship packages USPS Priority Mail.  If you require express, 2 day shipping or shipping through a different carrier, please contact us for additional charges.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once your package leaves our facility we cannot intercept a package, expedite transit times, change shipping methods, or locate your package beyond the carriers tracking information. We are NOT responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit or marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Stella b. cannot be held responsible for packages returned to sender (stella b.), marked by the carrier as "delivered", or sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by customer. Please double check that your address CAN be delivered to and that the information you enter is correct.

 Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays. Stella B. will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.

 *Shipping to Canada $9.99. All other countries $19.99.

 

Returns

**We strictly adhere to this policy so please read carefully and note that any and all returned items not meeting this criteria will NOT be issued a refund. No exceptions.**

You may not return:

  • SALE/CLEARANCE or discounted items, JEWELRY, accessories, hand bags or gift certificates are not eligible for return.
  • All sales on SALE/CLEARANCE and discounted items are FINAL. (This includes items marked down and/ or marked as SALE on the website.  This also includes any discounted orders where a discount code is used of 15% or greater.)
  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
  • If Returned Items do not meet the above criteria, a return will NOT be issued and the items will be shipped back at customer's expense.

To make your return:

  • Click here for a Return Authorization Form to include in your return package. Packages received without a Return Form will likely be delayed in processing and/or unable to be processed. 
  • Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please note your tracking number from your label.
  • Once your package is received please allow 2-5 business days for return processing. We typically process all returns received throughout the week on Fridays.

Refund:

  • All items that meet the criteria are eligible for store credit only.
  • Please allow 2-5 business days for your store credit in the form of a gift card to be issued. Gift Cards will be delivered by email and will contain instructions how to redeem them at checkout. Gift cards will be emailed to the email address that we have on file for your account.

Exchanges:

  • We no longer have the ability to do exchanges as our inventory changes daily.  We recommend placing a new order for any items you want or wait until your return has been processed and order using your store credit. You will only receive store credit. We do not issue refunds.

 

Trouble with your order?

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.   If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact info@shop-stellab.com within 48 hours of receipt. We are not responsible for merchandise damages after the item has been worn, washed, or altered.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
